This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed with Vervee Couture Private Limited through our website.
2. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship:

b. International shipping where available (charges may apply)
3. DELIVERY TIMELINES
Estimated delivery timelines are displayed on the product page and may vary depending on:
• Ready-to-Ship products
• Made-to-Order products
• Semi-stitched or stitched blouse configurations
• Ready-to-wear sarees
• Alteration requirements
Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
4. DELAYS
Vervee Couture shall not be liable for delays caused due to:
a. Courier partner issues
b. Force majeure events
c. Incorrect or incomplete address details
d. Regulatory or logistical disruptions
5. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.
Custom duties, import taxes, or local levies for international orders (if applicable) shall be borne by the customer.
6. CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
Requests for address changes must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Once an order is dispatched, address changes cannot be accommodated.
7. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Upon dispatch, customers will receive shipment details and tracking information via email or SMS.
Once an order is marked delivered, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.
8. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES
If the package appears damaged or tampered upon delivery, customers must notify Vervee Couture within 24 hours of receipt.
9. PRODUCT INSURANCE
Products are insured until delivery confirmation. Insurance coverage ends once the product is delivered successfully.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
Vervee Couture shall not be responsible for non-delivery or delayed delivery due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or transport disruptions.
