Returns & Refunds Policy

1. APPLICABILITY
This policy applies only to products sold by Vervee Couture Private Limited via our website.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returns are accepted only if:
​a. The product is damaged or defective
​b. The product received is significantly different from the description
Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are non-returnable:
​a. Customized or personalized products
​b. Ready-to-wear sarees
​c. Sarees with stitched or semi-stitched blouses
​d. Altered products
​e. Accessories (when introduced)
​f. Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
4. PRODUCT CONDITION
Returned products must:
​a. Be unused
​b. Have original tags intact
​c. Be in original packaging
Returns failing quality checks may be rejected.
5. RETURN PROCESS
Customers must initiate a return request via:
​• Order page (logged-in users)
​• Support contact (guest users)
All returns are subject to approval.
6. REFUNDS
Once the returned product passes quality inspection:
​a. Refunds are processed to the original payment method or
​b. Store credit, at Vervee Couture’s discretion
Refund processing timelines: 7–10 business days after approval.
Refund amount shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
7. EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and approval.
Customized or altered products are not eligible for exchange.
8. CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations are permitted only within a limited time window after placement and at Vervee Couture’s sole discretion.
Once production or dispatch has begun, cancellations are not permitted.
Sale or promotional orders may not be eligible for cancellation.
9. DISCRETION CLAUSE
Vervee Couture reserves the right to accept or reject any return, exchange, or refund request after evaluation.
